Notes This is a great printer for home or office use. The 12/640 PS is a real workhorse of a printer.
Rated at 17 pages per minute.
The print engine is rated at 450,000 pages, so this printer is not really even broken in.
It will print at 600 dpi and comes with Postscript Level II and Ethernet. Macs, Windows and mixed networks are supported.
Provides built-in support for Novell NetWare IPX, EtherTalk, and TCP/IP Ethernet networks.
This printer use the 92298A cartridge which is easy to find and inexpensive compared to other toner catridges. You can find a Recycled/Recharged cartridge from anywhere between $35-$50. You will normally get about 2500 pages per cartridge. so we are talking about only 1 to 2 cents per copy.
